Before Use
Soak the beans in warm water for at least one hour before grinding or blending.
Basic Grinding Directions
- Measure approximately 1 cup of peeled beans.
- Soak in warm water for at least one hour.
- Drain and transfer the beans to a blender.
- Add water gradually and blend until smooth.
- Adjust the water according to the consistency required by your recipe.
The package suggests approximately 3 cups of warm water for every 1 cup of peeled beans. Add the water gradually to avoid making the mixture too thin.
